And the volatility of our times often makes decision-making a real challenge. Our professional careers develop primarily as a result of the decisions we make and how we make them.
Management literature on leadership skills can ultimately be reduced to two aspects: building relationships and making decisions. Decisions shape our path – both professionally and privately. All too often, it is not easy for us to make clear decisions.
We are indecisive. But indecision leads to external control. So if we know how important this skill is, why do we focus so little on it?
